The stories emphasize Andres' obsession with client satisfaction, and use lots of client quotes to describe particular episodes in which Andres personnel saved the client money and improved the final product. A small news section updates readers on awards and personal achievements of Andres personnel.

Results: After a recent edition touting the firm's experience building school projects, Andres was able to land several more school-related building projects.
